We offer flexible contracts on a monthly rolling basis, with a one full calendar month cancellation period. Private office memberships are also available on 6 or 12 month contracts.
Permanent desk and private office members have 24/7 access with their membership card.
Pay As You Go access is available from 08:30–18:00, Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).
Yes. You can invite guests for meetings or casual catch ups for up to 1 hour in our café, subject to fair usage and guest policies. Your guest will need to sign in and out at reception every time they enter or leave. If your guest requires longer access, they may require a hot desk day pass.
Our members can use our integrated online booking system to reserve rooms, manage invites and organise catering or equipment as needed. For external meeting room bookings, please call us on 01932 503259 or send a booking request via our website.
Yes you can – we offer a 7 day free trial to allow you to trial the workspace prior to committing to a contract.

Meeting room credits are only included with our Permanent Dedicated Desk Plus and Private Office Plus memberships. All other members are welcome to book meeting rooms on a pay as you go basis. Not a member? Do not worry, you are still able to book meeting rooms, just give us a call to do so.
All payments for permanent memberships are taken via direct debit on the 17th of each month. A one-month deposit is required.
Permanent desk and private office memberships include a personal landline with a unique local number and monthly call allowance.
Yes, you can purchase a Day Pass to get access to the coworking area in our workspace.
Our permanent membership covers all of your basic business needs, including building access, desk rental, wifi, complimentary tea & coffee, telephone rental, cleaning, printing & meeting room credits (where included).
Additional charges can be incurred through mail forwarding, additional telephone minutes, additional meeting room usage, colour printing and catering.
Finally, enjoy quality barista coffee & fresh food without leaving the building. Our onsite café is available to all members & guests as an additional paid service.
